I have chosen Violet Chachki as my portrait to enter to this competition because I admire her performance as burlesque dancer She is recognised for her obsession with vintage glamour of 1950s style which I love it to. Her excellence in fashion and design resulted in her winning the 7th season of RUPAUL'S DRAG RACE.

Chachki is the first drag queen in a major lingerie ad campaign, for Bettie Page Lingerie Also in 2018 Chachki walked for Moshino in their fall 2018 Collection at Milan Fashion Week.

I believe Chachki is a fashion Icon, she stands up with her awesome fashion skills but at the same time is still controversially a male. This just proves to me everyone can do whatever they are passionate about no matter weather it fits in with main stream society or not.
